Terms of Service
What this app is
A marketplace connecting customers with independent skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, and others) in Morocco. We facilitate the match — we are not the employer of any worker, and we are not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a worker.
Pricing and payment
Job pricing is agreed directly between the customer and the worker, outside the app. The app charges workers a separate platform fee to accept a job, deducted from their in-app wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are reviewed and approved manually by an admin against the receipt you submit.
Account standards
Workers must complete identity verification (CIN and ID documents) before accepting jobs, and must provide accurate information. Repeated cancellations, fraudulent verification documents, or attempts to circumvent the platform fee may result in account suspension. Customers who repeatedly cancel accepted jobs may also be suspended.
Disputes
Since pricing is agreed off-platform, we do not arbitrate payment disputes between a customer and a worker. Support can review reported issues and take account-level action (warnings, suspension) where our terms were violated, but cannot compel either party to pay or refund a specific amount.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided as a matching service. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by any worker, and are not liable for damages arising from a job performed through the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
